NOTICE OF ADOPTION: ORDINANCE 505 – LIGHTING IN THE VILLAGE
The Village of Elk Rapids ordains that a new ordinance, as text amendment to the Village of Elk Rapids Code of Ordinances, was duly adopted at the regular council meeting held on September 19, 2023, as follows:
Ordinance 505 – Lighting – Amendment to §44-228 – To amend lighting regulations within the village to provide regulations for LED Lighting and general updates to lighting regulations.
Effective Date: October 6, 2023
