The Village of Elk Rapids participates in the Michigan Social District Program. Visit our participating bars and restaurants for more information, enjoy responsibly, and please follow our guidelines.

DOWNTOWN ELK RAPIDS SOCIAL DISTRICT COMMONS AREA

You must stay within the signed common areas when carrying an open alcoholic beverage. We will have signs to indicate our boundaries!

• All open alcoholic beverages must be in a labeled plastic container with the name of the establishment where you purchased the beverage and the social district logo (Containers provided by the establishment).

• The Elk Rapids Social District will operate year-round on designated days, the district closes at 10:00 PM on those days.
