NOTICE OF ADOPTION: ORDINANCE 2023-09 & 2023-12
The Village of Elk Rapids ordains that two (2) new ordinances, as text amendment to the Village of Elk Rapids Code of Ordinances, were duly adopted at the regular council meeting held on December 5, 2023, as follows:
Ordinance 2023-09: Libraries in Industrial District – Amendment to §44-38 (Zoning District Intent) & §44-75 (District Tables of Permitted Use) of the Code of Ordinances.
Ordinance 2023-12: Violations and Penalties for Unregistered Short-Term Rentals – Amendment to §8-66 (Violations and Penalties) of the Code of Ordinances.
Effective Date: December 22, 2023.
