STRATEGIC GOALS AND OBJECTIVES DASHBOARD
The Village Council decides the Strategic Goals and Objectives that drive the work of the Village Government. Council reviews progress at council meetings, and Staff utilize the objectives in their everyday work.
On the dashboard, you will notice seven (7) strategic goals, established objectives and added initiatives, the source of each objective/initiative, progress to date, status, and next steps.
There are three arrows, each to track the progress to date:
- A green up arrow indicates that that forward progress has been made.
- A sideways yellow arrow notes that a project may be stalled or awaiting an action to move forward.
- A red down arrow shows that an objective or initiative has had some setbacks.
