VARIANCE REQUEST: 112 DEXTER ST, SOCKS CONSTRUCTION

Socks Construction Company has filed a variance request for the consideration of the Elk Rapids Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). It is requesting that the property of 112 Dexter Street would have “17 rooms over the current code’s allowance.” The ZBA will consider the matter at their next meeting on March 17, 2022 at the Government Center, 315 Bridge Street, Elk Rapids, MI 49629. The public is invited to attend and state their opinion.
