The Elk Rapids Village Council at their regular meeting on Monday, November 1, 2021, located at the Governmental Center, 315 Bridge Street at 7:00 p.m. will hold a Public Hearing to receive citizen input on the recommendation of the Planning Commission to amend the Village of Elk Rapids Zoning Code, Chapter 500 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS §518, STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND/OR RECREATIONAL UNITS and §519 USE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND/OR RECREATIONAL UNITS.

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains to amend Chapter 500 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS §518 STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND/OR RECREATIONAL UNITS and §519 USE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND/OR RECREATIONAL UNITS of the Village of Elk Rapids Zoning Code, for the purpose of detailing the storage and usage of Recreation Vehicles within village limits.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for viewing at the village office, and are posted on the village website Document Center https://elkrapids.org/document-center/.
