The Village of Elk Rapids Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting on Tuesday, Aprl 25th, 2023, at the Governmental Center, 315 Bridge Street, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider and receive citizen input on, Proposed Ordinance 2022-05: Inns within the Central Business District.

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains to amend CHAPTER 44, Section 44-38. Zoning district intent, Section 44-75. District tables of permitted use summary and Section 44-171. Inns within the Central Business District by deleting Inns within the Central Business District in its entirety for the district intent under B-2.
The proposed ordinance can be found on the Village’s website, elkrapids.org or a copy can be viewed during normal business hours at the Government Center.
