The Village of Elk Rapids Village Council will hold a Public Hearing at their regular meeting on Monday July 18, 2022, at the Governmental Center, 315 Bridge Street, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider and receive citizen input on, the proposed general code ordinance 2022-04: Amendment to Chapter 2 ADMINISTRATION § 2-81 INTRODUCTION TO COMMISSIONS.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE 2022-04: The Village of Elk Rapids ordains to amend Chapter 2 ADMINISTRATION § 2-81 INTRODUCTION TO COMMISSIONS for the purpose of codifying the board and commission appointment process.

The proposed ordinance can be found on the Village’s website, elkrapids.org or copies can be picked up during normal business hours at the Government Center.
