After a discussions with the Chamber of Commerce and great community feedback on the draft presented in the Planning Commission packet, changes have been made to draft #3 of proposed ordinance 2022-06 MOBILE FOOD VENDING.  Draft #4 is available for viewing on elkrapids.org and linked on the Village of Elk Rapids Facebook page.  Copies are also available at the Village Government Center.  This draft version will be discussed at tonight’s Planning Commission meeting.  There were several good suggestions, that a new draft was ideal for presenting them.  To hear the discussion please listen in via ZOOM at 7 PM, or join us at the Government Center.
