Recently, the bank the Village uses, TCF, switched to Huntington. In this switch there was an issue with the ACH platform and the Village was unable to pull the water/sewer payments that were due by October 20th for those who use ACH. Those who do use ACH to pay this bill, have NOT been charged a late fee. We will pull both October and November 2021 payments from your account this week, rather than on the 10th of November.
