NOTICE: ORDINANCE 2022-02 – ADU UPDATE ADOPTED

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains that Ordinance 2022-02, a text amendment to Chapter 400 of the Village of Elk Rapids Zoning Code of Ordinances, was duly adopted at the regular council meeting held on July 18, 2022, as follows:

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains to amend Chapter 500 LAND USE STANDARDS §518 ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS, for the purpose of detailing the requirements of an accessory dwelling unit within the village limits to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of the community.

Effective Date: July 21, 2022
