The Village of Elk Rapids ordains that Ordinance 504, a text amendment to Chapter 500 of the Village of Elk Rapids Zoning Code of Ordinances, was duly adopted at the regular council meeting held on April 18, 2022, as follows:

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains to amend Chapter 500 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS §518 STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND/OR RECREATIONAL UNITS, for the purpose of detailing the storage and use of Recreation Vehicles within Village limits to promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of the community.

Effective Date: April 21, 2022
