The Village of Elk Rapids ordains that Ordinance 2022-04, a text amendment to Chapter 2 ADMINISTRATION § 2-81 INTRODUCTION TO COMMISSIONS (b-1 & b-6) of the Village of Elk Rapids Zoning Code of Ordinances, was duly adopted at the regular council meeting held on January 3, 2023, as follows:

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains to amend Chapter 2 ADMINISTRATION § 2-81 INTRODUCTION TO COMMISSIONS (b-1 & b-6) for the purpose of amending the appointment process for boards and commissions.

Effective Date: January 12, 2023
