NOTICE OF ADOPTION – ORDINANCE 2022-01

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains that Ordinance 2022-01, a text amendment to Chapter 7 of the Village of Elk Rapids General Code of Ordinances, was duly adopted at the regular council meeting held on March 7, 2022, as follows:

Amendment to, Chapter 7 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS § 7-428 PROHIBITED DISCHARGES – LOCAL LIMITS (d) (1), for the purpose of updating the sewer use section to promote the health, safety, and well-being of the community.

Effective Date: March 10, 2022
