The Village 2023 taxes were recently mailed to all property owners within the Village limits. Property owners escrowing their taxes with a mortgage company may have received a duplicate mailing. The company who processed the mailing created an additional document in error.

To alleviate concerns or confusion, please be assured, the tax bill WAS sent to the mortgage company for payment.  The tax document you received is an informational copy for your files.

The duplicate letter included an additional compactor pass which should be returned to the Village office, or to Larry Ball at the compactor or you can include it with your next UB bill payment.
