The Elk Rapids Edward C. Grace Memorial Harbor will be dredging the channel starting April 18, 2022. The sand and other sediments will be stored on Veterans Memorial Beach until the project is completed, at which point the contractor will haul the sediment away. Please use caution when visiting the beach and stay away from trenches and equipment. The project will conclude in a few weeks.
