Elk Rapids neighbors – as you may or may not know, we have had a few short-notice retirements on the DPW Crew. Because of this, our normal eight-member team is down to five for the time being. As always, we will respond to urgent requests and will be prioritizing water and sewer maintenance duties. Thanks for your patience and understanding while we are understaffed.

 The Village is a great place to work with a generous benefits package. If you know anyone who would work well on our crew, send them our way! We are currently  looking for:

• Compactor Operator
• Equipment Drinking Water Operator

 And we will be working on posting some other positions, including:

• Assistant DPW Superintendent
• Mechanic/Maintenance Technician
