Halloween is coming up on Monday October 31st, 2022. With all the festivities taking place, the Elk Rapids Village Council recommended at their October 3rd, 2022 regular meeting for Trick-Or-Treat to take place between the hours of 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. for those who wish to participate.
