VILLAGE OF ELK RAPIDS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Elk Rapids Village Council at their regular meeting on Monday, July 19, 2021, located at the Governmental Center, 315 Bridge Street at 7:00 p.m. will hold a Public Hearing to receive citizen input on the recommendation of the Planning Commission to amend the Village of Elk Rapids Zoning Code, Chapter 500 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS §518, STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND/OR RECREATIONAL UNITS.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE #504

The Village of Elk Rapids ordains to amend Chapter 500 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS §518 STORAGE OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND/OR RECREATIONAL UNITS of the Village of Elk Rapids Zoning Code, for the purpose of detailing the storage of Recreation Vehicles within village limits.

Copies of the proposed ordinance are available for viewing at the village office, and the village website www.elkrapids.org. Citizens are invited to attend this hearing in-person or over Zoom to speak either pro or con on this matter.  Written comments can be directed to the Village of Elk Rapids, 315 Bridge St. PO Box 398, Elk Rapids, MI 49629.
